M83 is a indie rock band that originated in Antibes, France.  The founders of this band are Anthony Gonzalez and Nicholas Fromageau. One of the interesting facts about this band is that it is named after the spiral galaxy Messier 83. Although it is filled with electronic sounds it still composed of the basis of rock, guitars and drums. This song "Midnight City" is one that has put the band out there and has helped them rise.
